Travis Wimberly was recognized as the 2022 Litigator of the Year (Texas) out of five finalists. He has tried cases to favorable verdict or judgment in a lead role and has successfully argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals and U.S. District Courts across the country. Travis has authored winning briefs at every level of federal court, including the U.S. Supreme Court, where he has served as counsel of record. This award recognizes his extensive experience and success litigating IP disputes.
