Margaux Snyder-Denham

Margaux Snyder-Denham has been assisting clients with all aspects of trademark prosecution and clearance, is experienced in directly managing large trademark portfolios in the United States and abroad. Margaux has also been assisting clients with all aspects of trademark policing and enforcement, including proceedings with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She has worked in-depth across a broad range of industries with significant focus on the new technology, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, consumer goods, and health care industries.

More recently, Margaux has been assisting Fortune 500 corporations in protecting their trademark rights with the increase of counterfeit products related to Personal Protective Equipment, working closely with Customs Border Protection.

In addition, Margaux has considerable experience in other intellectual property legal areas such as assignments and transfers of intellectual property rights, custom recordations, and patents.

Margaux ‘s native language is French. She is also fluent in English.
