Jennifer Falk has over 11 years of experience in the legal industry, with a primary focus on trademark law. She assists with all aspects of trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement in the United States and abroad.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Texas State University. Prior to her career in the legal industry, she served in the United States Air Force, where she worked on avionic systems for F-16 aircraft.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and taking care of her beloved dachshunds.
