Frances Lau assists with all aspects of trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement in the United States and abroad. Additionally, she assists with trademark litigation and domain name matters including investigative research, and domain name policing.

Prior to joining Pirkey Barber PLLC, Frances was employed as a Legal Assistant by McKool Smith.

Frances attended Whitworth University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in social services. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies at Spokane Community College.
