Eric Olson

Eric Olson has over 35 years of litigation experience including 30 years as a trademark litigation paralegal. He began working with Lou Pirkey and Bill Barber at Arnold, White & Durkee in 1993. He has been actively engaged in all aspects of U.S. trademark litigation, portfolio management, and enforcement across a broad range of industries.

Eric’s primary focus involves handling cases involved in trademark litigation in federal courts throughout the U.S. and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Eric has considerable expertise in managing trademark disputes including oppositions, cancellations, watch management, and third-party infringement claims. He is also well-versed in advising on domain name disputes under ICANN’s domain name dispute resolution policies.
