Diana Rausa has over 25 years of litigation experience including 22 years as a patent and trademark litigation paralegal. She has been actively engaged in all aspects of U.S. patent and trademark litigation, portfolio management, and enforcement across a broad range of industries.

Diana handles cases involved in trademark litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts throughout the U.S. and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  She has considerable expertise in managing trademark disputes including oppositions and cancellations. In addition, she is well versed in UDRP proceedings and domain name policing.
