Caroline Guerin-Penrose has over 10 years of experience as a trademark paralegal at leading law firms in France, Luxembourg, Canada and the U.S. Caroline has been assisting individuals, SMEs, multinational companies and European Institutions with all aspects of trademark prosecution, portfolio management and enforcement. She has worked in-depth across a broad range of industries with significant focus on the financial, steel, automotive, communications, entertainment, restaurant services, fashion and pharmaceuticals industries.

Caroline has considerable expertise in directly handling and managing all elements relating to the prosecution and maintenance of international and domestic trademark portfolios, including evidence gathering and preparation, legal research, as well as essential filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign jurisdictions.

In addition, Caroline specializes in other intellectual property legal areas such as transactions, pre-litigation, copyright, domain names, design patents and customs recordations.
