Pirkey Barber PLLC once again earned high nationwide and statewide rankings in the annual IP Stars directory published by Managing Intellectual Property magazine, confirming its standing as one of the nation’s top firms in the fields of trademark, copyright, and unfair competition law.
Pirkey Barber is one of only six firms nationwide ranked in Tier 1 of 2022’s Trademark Contentious, and one of only seven firms ranked in Tier 2 for Trademark Prosecution. Both are repeat honors from last and previous years. The 2022 awards also mark the 10th consecutive year Pirkey Barber has earned a “Highly Recommended” rating in Texas.
The research for IP STARS covers a variety of IP practice areas, 151 jurisdictions, and 1,645 firms, making it a comprehensive and widely respected guide in the IP profession. Firms are selected based on interviews and surveys conducted by the Managing Intellectual Property researchers, as well as publicly available information, client feedback, and peer recommendations.
