The 2022 World Trademark Review’s WTR 1000 Rankings has once again ranked Pirkey Barber as one of the top intellectual property firms in the United States. Highlighting the firm’s “star-studded line-up” and “collective mastery of all aspects of trademark practice,” the WTR 1000 awarded Pirkey Barber with a Gold rank Nationwide, Gold rank in Texas, and Bronze rank in the DC Metro area.
Since the publication’s inception, Pirkey Barber has upheld its status as a top tier firm for more than a decade. Researchers at the World Trademark Review interviewed hundreds of attorneys and their clients over a 4-month period to “gain insights into the leading trademark practices.” They used this qualitative research to identify top firms and individuals. In addition to the firmwide rankings, the guide recognized fifteen individual attorneys as leading practitioners in the field – the most individual rankings of any firm in the state of Texas and third most in the nation.
