Pirkey Barber Adds Two New Associates, Emily Poole and Caitlin Costello

Pirkey Barber PLLC is pleased to announce that attorneys Emily Poole and Caitlin Costello have joined the firm as Associates.

Ms. Poole’s practice focuses on trademark, and copyright, and unfair competition law. She advises clients, from startups to large corporations, on domestic and international clearance and registration, portfolio management and protection, and trademark disputes, including before the USPTO. She joins Pirkey Barber from the San Francisco office of Owen, Wickersham & Erikson, P.C. where she practiced trademark and copyright law for four years.

Ms. Poole graduated magna cum laude from The University of San Francisco School of Law in 2014, where she was the Editor-in-Chief for the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin. She also served as a Technical Editor on the University of San Francisco Law Review.
