Eric has a proven track record in building and managing extensive trademark portfolios for clients such as Innovapptive, Pizza Freak Co, High Brew, A Pup Above, and Lime Crime. His litigation success in federal court and USPTO appeals, alongside significant victories in domain name arbitration and trademark enforcement, highlight his comprehensive skill set in protecting intellectual property rights.
Holding a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University, Eric excels in simplifying complex legal issues and building resilient brands.
